🌈 Session Overview
Empowering TGI Youth: Strategies for Equity and Belonging
🕦 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM | Workshop Session #1
I'm thrilled to be presenting for the first time at the EDGY Conference—an event I've long admired for its commitment to LGBTQ+ youth empowerment!
In this interactive workshop, I’ll be sharing real-world strategies for creating inclusive, affirming spaces for Trans, Gender Non-Conforming, and Intersex (TGI) youth. We’ll dig into the systemic barriers TGI youth face, and I’ll offer practical tools for youth-serving organizations to strengthen policies, programs, and staff training.
Rooted in both lived experience and professional insight, this session is a call to action to move from intention to impact—because TGI youth deserve spaces where they feel respected, represented, and powerful.
Join me and let’s build toward equity and belonging—together.
